We ship via UPS Express delivery in all countries, except in Spain and Portugal. Orders in Spain are shipped via Nacex.Our shipping rates are:

Please note that we deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding local bank holidays.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as weather conditions and customs delays.
Our shipping partner, Nacex advises on pending delivery via SMS and allows you to make changes if needed.
Our shipping partner, UPS, allows you to update your delivery while it’s on the way. You can schedule your delivery for another day or select collection from a UPS Access Point. All our orders require a signature for delivery.
Customs, duties and refused shipments
If you are ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. The customer is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products and is required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that apply outside the EU.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges but provide all required shipping documentation necessary. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products. We cannot refund any customs or duties paid, even if you are returning your order. Duties were paid to the respective government organization and thus we cannot offer refunds on these taxes.
Clients will be charged for refused shipments or shipments that the client does not collect; this includes the initial shipping costs and the return fees incurred on the refused shipment. The costs will be deducted from the refund.

Signing For Your Purchase
We keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchase has been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase. You can also pick it up at a designated pick-up point. Note that if you waive the signature, you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
PO Boxes
We do not offer delivery services to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurized or flammable items by air. As a results, fragrances and anything liquid cannot be shipped outside the European Union. Contact our Customer Care team to help you find an alternative purchase.
How to Track Your Order
Our delivery time begins when the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour timeframe where your items will be prepared and dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery processing times may be affected with potential custom delays. We monitor orders and will inform you if your order is stuck in customs and/or needs your attention.
In-store pick up (only available in Madrid)
Pick up your online favorites in person at our store(s) in Madrid! You will get this option checkout on the Spanish site. After your order is prepared, you will receive a notification email when your order is ready for pickup at selected store(s). When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation email (print out or show on your mobile device) and valid ID.
