Collection: Kalou Dubus

A passionate and tenacious ceramist, Kalou Dubus has her workshop in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, where she designs, fires, shapes and glazes her creations. She works with clay, concrete and semi-precious stones, and is a favorite of collectors, who appreciate her ability to create objects that are both utilitarian and sculptural. After studying decorative arts in Paris, Kalou became a textile designer and set designer. , and later founded his own clothing brand, NICO.  She then discovered her love for ceramics and studied with Sabrina Binda on the island of Tinos (Greece) and later in Kayoko Hayasaki's workshop in Paris. Part of her love of ceramics involves working and reworking pieces, changing proportions and accentuating different aspects of her works, so that objects are constantly created and recreated until she is satisfied with the result. His style and talent are evident in each of these purist and daring pieces.
