Mircea was born on the shores of Hossegor, France, created by creatives living close to wild, natural landscapes—from the Basque Country to California and the North Atlantic. Inspired by Mircea Eliade, who studied myths, symbols, and rituals, the brand explores how our ancestral connection to nature and transcendence can be reintroduced into one of humanity’s oldest daily rituals: the bath. Mircea elevates the bathing ceremony with curated blends of essences, noble materials, and the sensory poetry of natural landscapes. Their bodywashes use 100% natural perfume from Grasse, crafted with dozens of essential oils and a signature aromatic accord that recreates landscapes where humans have bathed since ancient times: mountains, valleys, forests, orchards. They are 98.5% natural, vegan, and made on the French Atlantic coast. The bottle is inspired by Libyan glass, formed 29 million years ago when a meteorite struck the Egyptian desert, reflected in its frosted, organic shape.
